He is an accomplished musician and songwriter who is fascinated by words – specifically, why some words connect powerfully with an audience while others are tuned out. He is the Managing Partner and Senior Instructor at The BRIEF Lab, responsible for helping corporate clients develop the discipline of brevity. He has counseled hundreds of Fortune 500 leaders and elite military units, and has lectured at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, The University of Notre Dame, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He loves the outdoors and is an extremely blessed husband and father.
