QuietWorks for TeamsTM
QuietWorks for Teams™ is a 4-step change management program designed to enable professionals to leverage quiet to create an environment where meaningful work gets done. The program starts with a half-day course for group leaders, then a half-day course for the entire team, followed by 6 small-group discussion sessions, concluding with a group-leader debrief session. Each participant receives a QuietWorks Kit™ and access to the QuietWorks Resource Center™ to help guide them on their journey.

QuietWorks for Leaders™
QuietWorks for Leaders™ is a 3-step program that provides senior leaders with the tools to bring quiet into their noisy day. The program starts with a 1-day orientation course, followed by a 4-week, self-directed program, concluding with a debrief session. Each participant receives a QuietWorks Kit™ and access to the QuietWorks Resource Center™ to help guide them on their journey.
